Welcome to issue number one of Out of Commission! The premise here is pretty simple - Each week we scour the internet for the best recent commissions in Illustration and Animation and we gather our favourites and put them here for your viewing pleasure.
We actually tried something similar around 15 years ago called Scampd (here's proof! and here!) but it was much harder to find the newest work than it is now, so we thought we'd give it a shot again.
